Best-Selling Author of Everyday Tarot, Intuitive Entrepreneur, and Founder of Biddy Tarot
I’m here to help you trust your intuition, access your inner power, and bring the Divine into your every day life, using Tarot as a guide.
I’ve been reading Tarot for more than 20 years and I've helped millions of people all around the world create personal and intuitive connection with the Tarot cards, through my courses, books and online community.
I'm on a mission to bring Tarot into the mainstream, as a modern, intuitive tool for purpose-driven people who are ready to live life at their fullest potential.
Many people think of Tarot as a party trick. A bit of frivolous fun to peer into the future.
But I see things differently.
You see, Tarot isn't about predicting your future. It's about creating your future.
Tarot is the Mirror To Your Soul
And every card is an invitation to go deep within and connect your daily life with your Divine purpose.
Think you're not ‘psychic' enough to read Tarot? Think again.
I believe that everyone is intuitive – including YOU.
All you need to do is say YES to your intuition. It's that simple.
And through the practice of reading Tarot, you'll deepen your connection with your intuition even further, which means more clarity, more purpose, and more joy in your life.

How I Started with Tarot
It all started in an old musty room above a new age store in Sydney. I was 17 and about to head off on a school exchange to Germany and wanted to know what would happen on the trip.
I walked up the creaky wooden stairs into a room filled with crystals, angels and incense and sat down for a Tarot reading.
“Ooh, the Emperor! You’re going to find love!” cooed the Tarot reader, who was dressed in a head scarf and dark eyeliner. I brushed it off, thinking that she was just telling me what I wanted to hear. But, six months later, I had fallen madly in love with a boy in Germany.
I was intrigued! I had to figure out a way to tap into this powerful mystical tool.
I bought every Tarot book I could find and begged my mum to buy me my first Tarot deck. And then, I studied like crazy. Keyword charts. Cheat sheets. And LOTS of memorisation. (Heck, if it worked for my University studies, surely it'd work for my Tarot studies.)
But, there was just one problem. Every time I went to read the Tarot cards, I felt stressed about remembering the card meanings and whether I was doing it right. Worse, my readings felt robotic and dull – not exactly the cosmic download from the Universe that I had hoped for.
I studied harder and harder, praying I would eventually ‘master' the Tarot. But it didn't help.
Until one day, I finally realised, reading Tarot is NOT about memorising the cards and following the book.
It's about trusting your intuition – and letting the cards guide you to the answers you need.
From that day on, the way I read Tarot changed dramatically.
Instead of thinking what a card meant, I felt what it meant to me.
And instead of worrying about the right meaning for a card, I let the imagery and symbolism of the card guide me.
I had finally discovered that blissful place where Tarot just flows. And now, I show my students how to do the same in my Tarot courses and programs.
How I Turned My Hobby into a Successful 7-Figure Business
I started Biddy Tarot way back in 1999 when flashing banner ads were all the rage. At the time, I was studying business and commerce at University, and in my breaks, I was learning everything I could about Tarot and then posting it to my website—Tarot card meanings and spreads, techniques, you name it. That's how Biddy Tarot was born.
After I graduated, I went on to work in some of Australia's largest companies as a management consultant and human resource strategist, quickly climbing the corporate ladder and building a successful career. For 15 years, I worked my corporate job and read Tarot on the side.
But over the years, I had a growing sense that staying in my corporate job wasn’t my life path. By the time my second daughter was born in 2011, my gut – and my Tarot cards – was telling me it was time to leave the corporate world and focus on Biddy Tarot full time. So, on September 20, 2012, I took the leap!
I didn’t realise it then, but this fun side-hobby would later turn into the 7-figure business people now know as Biddy Tarot.
Why “Biddy” Tarot?
Many people ask me, “What does the ‘Biddy’ mean?” Well, I wish I had an impressive story to tell you about how I meditated in the rainforest about my business name and dreamed of a cute, furry kangaroo that whispered the words, “Biddy Tarot.”
But alas, it wouldn’t be the truth.
In fact, the truth is a little embarrassing.
When I was thirteen, all my friends had cool nicknames—except me.
So, I did what any kid would do: I made up my own nickname—Biddy (short for Brigit)—and encouraged everyone to call me by it.
The only problem was . . . my plan didn’t work.
Everyone kept calling me Brigit, much to my disappointment, and I had to give up on ever having a nickname.
Years later, I was ready to launch my website and begin reading Tarot professionally but didn’t feel comfortable using my real name. So out came “Biddy,” and Biddy Tarot was born!
Fast Forward to Today…
Biddy Tarot has blossomed into the leading online learning community for people who read Tarot.
Every year, Biddy Tarot helps over 15 million people to read Tarot and is consistently in the top rankings on Google as a trusted source for card meanings and tutorials.
Over 8,000 students have taken part in our online training courses, and we have more than 2,000 members in our Biddy Tarot Community. We employ 30 team members (including my husband) and now generate a very healthy 7-figure revenue each year through our online courses, books, audio programs, and community.
It seriously blows my mind.
Thanks to the success of the Biddy Tarot business, I can spend more time at home with my family, I’ve manifested my dream home on the Sunshine Coast, Australia, we live an abundant lifestyle, and we can travel regularly and take extended breaks to do fun things together.
And we're able to contribute to our favourite, high-impact charities such as One Girl (helping young women in Africa to get an education and start their own business), the Smith Family (sponsoring Australian kids to continue their schooling), and Kiva (providing micro-finance loans to women around the world).
It is more than I ever could have hoped for.
(And if you are called on a similar path of success, I'm now sharing my best business strategies and intuitive wisdom with other creative entrepreneurs in my business program and private 1:1 coaching.)
